Mamba Classic 2

Welcome to a snake game with a twist (2!).

The concept of Mamba Classic 2 is based on an old MS-DOS game (Mamba, released in 1989) by Bert Uffen, a game I played all hours of the night on the family PC when I was a kid back in the early 90's. The game always stuck with me, since it is such a simple concept but highly addictive! The goal of the Mamba is straightforward: to rake in as high of a score as possible by moving a snake that travels automatically around the playing field! Mamba Classic 2 differs from the traditional snake game by solidifying the snake into a wall after it has eaten enough fruit. This creates an obstacle that the player has to avoid, but it also creates an opportunity to collect extra points since jewels spawn in a random location in a solidified wall. Each time the snake turns into a wall a BONUS appears randomly on the playing field. Collect it in time to improve your score!

• Your snake solidifies after it's full.
• Game speeds up after a certain amount of fruit is eaten (up to 10 times!).
• A BONUS appears each time the snake solidifies, catch the bonus to grab extra points!
• Mamba Classic 2 can be played in windowed mode (options menu).

Known bugs:

Spawnables can sometimes spawn in a wall.
